"I AM FREEDOM: The fannie lou hamer story"


Starring Sharese "Reecy" Jackson, this One Act, One-Person play pays tribute to Fannie Lou Hamer, the co-founder of the Freedom Party.  In This production, Jackson gives life to 6 different characters in Mississippi during the height of the Civil Rights Movement.  Fannie Lou Hamer took a stand against injustice and in doing so, changed a nation.

"Miracle in Rwanda"


Starring the amazing Tamiko Robinson-Steele, Miracle in Rwanda is a One Act, One Person play that is based on the true story of New York Times’ best-selling author, Immaculee Ilibagiza, as told in her book, ‘Left To Tell: Discovering God Amidst The Rwandan Holocaust.  In this production Robinson-Steele portrays an array of characters that take the audience from their seats to the small bathroom where Immaculee and several other women hid for 3 months during the heights of the Rwandan genocide in 1994.

Written by WIlliam Barry Scott this play pays tribute to the life and times of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Starring Barry Scott.  Scott takes audiences  on a journey through periods of Dr. King's life based around the Civil Rights Movement and his roll as a leader, a father, and a husband; along with portraying multiple characters that allow the audience to hear from those for and against the movement.
